Becoming a Professional
Client
Professional services and prices are rendered to working professional photographers
only. A minimum of 5 orders per year is preferred. To become a professional
client please fill out the professional client form.
A user name and password will be instantly emailed to you. You can then
place your first order. The information in the form should be filled out
correctly because it helps us forecast our needs. CBOP Professional has
the right to terminate professional status for non active accounts or accounts
whose technical ability is below acceptable professional standard.
Payment
CBOP Professional has no net accounts. We accept Visa, MC and AMEX as
well as money orders. First time orders are charged at order entry. Consecutive
orders will be charged at completion of order. Orders placed on line are
charged online using a secure transaction at the time order is placed.
File2Print provides a summary of the entire order cost and a credit card
payment is necessary to complete the upload.
Submitting Orders
Submitting work to CBOP Professional can be done by placing orders on
line or by mail. Mail order forms are available for print from this site.
When uploading images on line CBOP Professional will walk you through
the entire order process. If using workstream Ds or performer pro you
can upload orders directly or make a CD and mail the order to CBOP Professional.
Returns
All returns must be made within 10 days of order receipt. We regret Omissions
and quantity errors and will expedite completion of original order. Shipping
costs incurred in returning work to us are not covered by CBOP Professional
although ground shipping back to you is covered. Remakes of any other
nature require an email return authorization which can be obtained by
contacting us. Please include
a brief explanation of the problem and your order #. We stress the need
for a guide print when a specific and exact color is desired. All color
redos will be considered on a case by case basis. Clearly our goal is
to keep you very happy and we truly will give you 110%.
Shipping
Shipping to CBOP Professional is at your cost but orders of $100 or more
are returned by ground shipping at our expense. Always ship film overnight,
on ice if hot, and packed in canisters in a corrugated cardboard box.
If shipping digital media please be sure to make a copy.
